Performance Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Data Specialist to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will play a key role in building effective relationships within the trust and supporting the development of a continuous improvement culture through the delivery of high-quality performance data and information.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £43,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
As a Performance Data Specialist, you will work closely with the Commissioning Team and Business Intelligence team to design, develop, and support data structures enabling the design and build of technological reporting solutions and visualizations.
The ideal candidate will have advanced-level skills in Microsoft SQL Server RDBMS, advanced-level skill in SQL/TSQL, and experience working in an information-related role extracting information from various systems.
You will need excellent knowledge of data analysis and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of using Power BI and Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS) is desirable.
