Your New Role:
As a Lead Child Psychotherapist for CYPMHS 0-18, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality child and adolescent mental health services. You will work closely with the Trust-wide Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, local Clinical Co-ordinator, Operational Team Manager, and Specialist CYPMHS Clinicians to deliver child and adolescent psychotherapy and psychoanalytically informed services to local children, young people, and families.

You will be responsible for leading on the delivery of a high-quality child and adolescent psychotherapy service, offering placements for Trainee Child and Adolescent Psychotherapists, and providing clinical supervision to qualified Child and Adolescent Psychotherapists. You will also be involved in a range of leadership, supervision, and clinical governance activities, including representing child and adolescent psychotherapy within multidisciplinary and multi-agency treatment and care settings.

We offer a competitive salary of £63,000 - £76,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
