Care Quality Co-ordinator Job Description

Salary Range: £27,000 per annum.

About the Role:

As a Care Quality Co-ordinator at Amber Mace, you will be pivotal in ensuring that clients receive the required support and care within their homes. This involves scheduling care visits, coordinating with care staff, and communicating with clients and their families.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Care Planning: Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients based on their needs and preferences.
  2. Care Staff Supervision: Manage and coordinate care staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and support.
  3. Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients and their families through effective communication and care planning.
  4. Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care plans, progress, and any changes.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting or similar supervisory role.
  • Able to lead and manage care staff effectively.
  • Proficient in care planning and record management software.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
  • Familiarity with relevant care standards and regulations.
