Are you a motivated and organised individual looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Flexible Weekend Care Services Coordinator to join our Care4CE Community Reablement Services team.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating care services on weekends, working closely with frontline reablement workers and integrated health partners under the Home First Agenda. You will also be required to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating care services on weekends
  • Working closely with frontline reablement workers and integrated health partners
  • Managing a busy workload and prioritising tasks effectively
  • Providing administrative support to the team

We offer a competitive salary of £30,559 per annum (pro rata), rising to £33,366 after 5 years, as well as enhanced annual leave, pension, and other benefits.
