We are currently seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team in Macclesfield. As a Senior Support Worker, you will work 42 hours per week on a mix of days and nights, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities. Your responsibilities will include supporting management and team members, ensuring duties are allocated effectively and safely, and providing enhanced care with a flexible learning approach.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including opportunities for further learning, flexible working, and employee discount savings.
