Care Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Care Team Leader to join our team at Think Care, a leading provider of domiciliary care services for predominantly older people.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our care team and drive excellence in customer service. The successful candidate will have extensive care experience, a proven track record of delivering consistent high-quality care, and strong leadership skills.
The estimated salary range for this role is £26,000 - £28,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the care team and ensure delivery of exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular quality assurance visits and manage complaints and incidents
- Collaborate with owners and managers to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Promote a positive culture within the company and embody our values
- Support recruitment and training of care professionals and office staff
- Extensive care experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of compliance and legislative requirements in the care sector
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle
