**Job Title:** Domiciliary Care Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and compassionate individual to join our team as a Domiciliary Care Coordinator/Scheduler. This role is crucial to the effective delivery of home care services, ensuring that clients receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:- Care Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule care visits for clients, taking into account client needs and staff availability.
- Staff Coordination: Maintain communication with care staff to confirm their availability and provide necessary updates.
- Client Liaison: Communicate with clients and their families to gather and confirm care requirements.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate records of care schedules, client preferences, and other relevant information.
**Requirements:** Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting or similar scheduling/coordinator role is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent prioritization skills, proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office, and a compassionate approach to care.
