As an Activities and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering activities that meet residents' needs, encouraging social interaction, and contributing to their care plans.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing activities programmes that cater to diverse resident needs and interests
- Maintaining open communication with residents, families, and care staff to ensure effective collaboration
- Collaborating with external partners to develop community-based initiatives promoting social inclusion and support
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of activity impact on dementia residents, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating engaging experiences for seniors.
**Salary Range:** £24,000 - £30,000 per year
