Job Description

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing highly specialist psychoanalytic assessments and treatments to children and young people presenting with severe and complex mental health difficulties.

As a Lead Therapist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans. You will also contribute to the development of our service, ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including generous annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
