Mental Health Support Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities
- Working closely with management and team members to ensure the day-to-day running of the service is effective and safe
- Providing guidance and encouragement to service users, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being
- Participating in regular coaching and appraisal sessions to develop skills and knowledge
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for all service users
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for further learning, flexible working, and employee discount savings.
