We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Staff Partners, a leading mental health care service provider. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to deliver outstanding care to individuals with mental health conditions.
About the TeamWe are currently supporting an NHS Trust across the Macclesfield area, covering all aspects of Mental Health. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health conditions, and we are looking for a skilled RMN to join us.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to people with mental health conditions
- Develop and implement individual care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and report any concerns or issues
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery
Requirements:
- RMN Qualified Status
- NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council Registered)
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
