Are you looking for a rewarding career in mental health? We have an exciting opportunity for a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at the Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in evidence-based therapeutic interventions, assessing and managing clinical risk, and a willingness to complete further training and development.

The successful candidate will have a recognized qualification in a relevant discipline, such as nursing, social work, or allied health professionals, and significant post-qualification experience of working within a CYPMHS or Child Mental Health related field.

The estimated salary for this role is £43,141 - £70,305 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include up to three weeks induction, dependent on role, with our Prepare to Care programme for all new starters.

The main duties of the job involve undertaking mental health assessments, providing interventions and formulations to address the needs of the client group, and working with children and young people who present with a level of clinical risk.

We offer a range of services, including assessment, therapy, family work, group work, consultation, and training. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Child Protection workings and Practice, Working knowledge of Children related legislation, and experience of writing, implementing, and evaluating Care / Treatment Plans.
