Job Overview:
Brook Street Social Care is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Service Lead to join our team in Wirral and Cheshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the Rapid Response service, working closely with NHS partners to provide support to individuals experiencing mental health crisis.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for delivering high-quality services, including performance management and absence management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and achieving business objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.

Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus 35p per mile mileage reimbursement.
