Mental Health Team Coordinator

The Clinical Mental Health Lead will be responsible for:
- Providing operational management and leadership to the team
- Managing a complex caseload and providing high-level assessments and interventions
- Working closely with senior colleagues to foster effective multidisciplinary collaboration within the team and across the wider service
- Leading the recruitment, supervision, and development of staff
- Establishing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures
The estimated salary for this position is £62,746 per annum, based on the national NHS Band 8a salary scale. We offer a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, and access to training and development opportunities.
