About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our customer experience efforts and drive business growth through strategic client relationships.
The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic client roadmaps to ensure successful adoption and continual engagement of our platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive account expansion and growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve them.
- 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Demonstrated success with strategy-based client management, with a particular focus on retention and account growth.
- Ability to meet and exceed account retention quotas.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
