About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated First Line Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic Helpdesk team. As a First Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical issues, and working collaboratively with our technical team to deliver high-quality service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide support outside of regular working hours

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or recent college/university graduate
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, Active Directory, TeamViewer, Exchange/Office 365, and antivirus software
  • Some experience using a ticketing system and working to SLAs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving license
