We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Woking. As a key member of our educational support team, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students during lessons.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
