We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Support Specialist. This rewarding role requires a person-centred approach to care, enabling our clients to make informed choices and exercise control over their lives.

As a Care Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences. You will also provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.

We offer a comprehensive training program, which includes NVQ/QCF qualifications, to ensure that our care workers have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care. Our team is committed to ongoing professional development, and we encourage our care workers to take advantage of opportunities for career progression.
