About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients with complex needs, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support to clients with spinal cord injury or complex care physical disability
- Assisting with daily living tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting clients with mobility and handling
- Driving clients to appointments and activities
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Kind and caring nature
- Flexibility and reliability
- Good communication skills
