Family Support Worker

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children, young people, and families? We are seeking a Family Support Worker to join our team at the Prison Advice and Care Trust. As a Family Support Worker, you will lead and oversee family play activities during visits, ensuring an enriching and inclusive experience for children of all ages.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering child-focused activities such as baby groups, homework clubs, and Storytime sessions to nurture development and family connections.
- Carrying a caseload of family support work, conducting thorough assessments to guide interventions for children and families.
- Making a direct, positive impact on the lives of children, young people, and families.
- Helping shape and deliver enriching, age-appropriate activities that support family bonds.
