Female Support Worker

Avenues is a community where people thrive, and we believe that well-supported individuals make a positive impact on those around them. We're looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Woking, where you'll work closely with 4 adults with learning and physical disabilities.
Your day will be filled with supporting our individuals to engage in daily living activities, social events, and connecting with family and friends. You'll also be responsible for managing their finances, keeping their home clean and fresh, and providing personal care.
While experience in social care is not essential, we offer a range of accredited training programs to support your career progression. As a Support Worker, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including early pay, paid DBS, flexible working, and access to high-quality training.
