About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housing and Support Officer to join our team at Transform Housing & Support. As a keyworker, you will be responsible for supporting clients to achieve their goals and live independently, while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients
  • Manage your own time to deliver outcomes and meet deadlines
  • Utilize computer literacy skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Internet
