About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Support Specialist to join our team at Transform Housing Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to clients, empowering them to develop their independence and daily living skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a trauma-informed approach to supporting clients.
  • Carry out housing management activities, including rent collection, tenancy enforcement, and health and safety checks.
  • Develop non-judgmental professional relationships with clients, promoting a culture of respect and empowerment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and other agencies to ensure seamless support services.
Requirements
  • Basic numeracy and written communication skills in Maths and English GCSE/level 4 or above or equivalent.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, managing your own time and delivering outcomes.
  • Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Internet.
  • Enhanced DBS check and a full valid driving licence.
