Sales and Business Development Role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from identifying and winning new clients to delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program, working closely with experienced consultants to drive business growth and develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and candidates
- Providing exceptional service and driving business growth
- Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus an excellent commission structure (15-25%) and a range of benefits including 23 days holiday plus BH's, increasing year on year.
