Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus commission, along with comprehensive training and opportunities for long-term growth and career development.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills to take ownership of the sales pipeline in their region. As the successful candidate will work remotely, combining home-based planning with frequent client visits, we are looking for someone who can work independently while collaborating effectively with our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular visits and excellent service.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across various industries.
  • Cross-sell between equipment and servicing to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align regional strategies with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in a technical sales role is preferred, but not essential, as full training is provided.
  • Background in chemicals, pumps, or fluid storage is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work remotely.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client visits across the South of England.
