Job DescriptionWe are seeking an ambitious sales professional to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will learn to source potential clients, grow your business via outbound sales, network on platforms like LinkedIn, build excellent client and candidate relationships, and negotiate Terms of Business with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing potential clients and growing your business through outbound sales efforts
- Networking on platforms such as LinkedIn to build a pool of candidates
- Building and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Creating and advertising job vacancies through various channels
- Negotiating Terms of Business with corporate clients
