Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Magic Moments Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering activities that meet the needs and interests of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Assessing the needs of our residents through meetings with them, their families, and our care staff.">
  • Supporting the delivery of stimulation and exercise programs tailored to individual needs.">
  • Building relationships with residents and their families to gather life story information and develop personalized care plans.">
  • Working collaboratively with our care staff to create engaging activities that reflect the interests and hobbies of our residents.">
  • Developing community links with local groups and arranging trips and excursions to promote social interaction and independence.">
  • Supporting the implementation of our Magic Moments initiatives and encouraging others to get involved.">
  • Evidencing and tracking activity engagement using digital and written methods.">
