Care and Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a Care and Activities Coordinator to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Group. This role will enable you to make a significant difference in the lives of residents in our care.

  • Develop and deliver activities tailored to individual needs, including music, exercise, and arts & crafts.
  • Assess resident needs through meetings with them, team members, and family members.
  • Spend one-on-one time with residents, care staff, and relatives to create personalized activities that engage and interest our residents.
  • Foster community links with local groups and arrange trips and excursions that promote social interaction and engagement.
  • Evidence and track activity engagement using digital and written methods.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include:
