About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality care support services in the field.

Key responsibilities include assessing and reviewing individual services, supervising care workers, and participating in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs. You will also work closely with care coordinators to plan realistic and effective care worker rotas, taking into account the particular needs of the individual and the skills and attributes of the worker.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £12.60 per hour, enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and well-being platform, and 28 days annual leave.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments in respect of individual service users. You will also need to have worked in partnership with service users, their family, carers, advocates, healthcare professionals, and others to ensure the seamless delivery of holistic packages of individual care support.
