We're looking for an experienced Residential Care Home Leader to join our team in Cumbria.

This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older people and be part of a caring community.

You'll be responsible for leading a team of carers and developing care plans that meet the needs of our residents.

About You
  • Management experience in a residential care home or similar setting.
  • Qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 3 or above).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • A passion for person-centred care and working with older people.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • IT proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to manage workload and remain calm under pressure.
About Our Offer
  • Salary: £47,000 - £50,000 per annum.
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, with occasional weekend, bank holiday, and on-call cover as required.
