Job Description
As a Community Care Manager Lead, you will play a vital role in managing client care delivery and coordinating staff rotas. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective rotas to meet client needs. We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator who is passionate about providing community care and managing rotas.
