Intensive Care Nurse Leader

We are looking for a skilled Intensive Care Nurse Leader to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced clinical assessments, patient interventions, and developing management plans to halt or reverse clinical deterioration of critically ill patients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching, training, and staff development, with the ability to motivate others and manage the needs of the service. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking individual to make a real difference in the lives of patients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care. The salary for this role is £44,776 - £53,668 per annum, depending on experience, and the benefits package includes a 27-day holiday scheme rising to 33 after 10 years, flexible working schemes, and access to NHS discounts with retailers and leisure companies.
The successful candidate will be able to work flexibly to meet service needs, represent the Trust for critical care outreach services within the critical care network, and expand their clinical skills.
