District Nurse Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a District Nurse Manager to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 7 Clinical Team Lead - Community Nursing, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and operational management of the community nurse team.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to work with our evolving Community Team, providing high-quality care to patients with complex needs in the community setting. You will have the ability to demonstrate clinical knowledge in acute and chronic disease management, with good clinical practice and current health and social care policies and legislation.
The role requires strong communication and consultation skills, with the ability to delegate effectively and challenge effectively to present solutions to issues within service design and delivery. You will also have the ability to work independently and effectively within a team, with flexibility and motivation to meet the needs of the organisation.
We offer a competitive salary package of £**£58,489-£83,564 per annum**, dependent on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
