Community Healthcare Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced District Nurse to take on the role of Community Healthcare Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Community Team and providing clinical leadership and operational management of the community nurse team.
About the RoleThis challenging position requires you to demonstrate exceptional clinical knowledge and leadership skills to support the provision of high-quality care in the community setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and operational management of the community nurse team, while also managing your clinical caseload.
The successful candidate will have significant post-registration experience, with leadership or team management expertise, and a strong understanding of service modernisation and change management. You will also possess excellent communication and consultation skills, with the ability to delegate effectively and work independently within a team.
What We OfferWe offer an attractive salary of approximately £62,000 - £83,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
