Healthcare Support Worker Day

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Worker to join their team at a 50 Resident Residential Home in Whitehaven. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a healthcare or residential setting and be able to provide personal care, support with daily activities, and emotional support for residents and their families.
The successful candidate will understand the communication needs of residents and adapt their communication style to meet individual needs. They will also be reliable, punctual, and able to meet scheduled commitments.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £24,000 per annum, all compliance costs covered, free uniform, registration and referral bonuses, flexible shifts to fit around your commitments, and weekly payroll.
