Healthcare Support Professional

We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Support Professional to join our team in the Coronary Care Unit. This fixed-term position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting registered nurses and other healthcare practitioners in delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the unit and help us achieve our goals.
Main Duties:
- Assist registered nurses and other healthcare practitioners in providing patient care
- Develop and maintain competencies in nursing tasks to ensure high-quality safe care
- Communicate effectively with members of the public and healthcare providers
Person Specification:
- National Care Certificate or commitment to complete as part of the induction process
- NVQ 2 in care or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a customer-focused/caring environment
- Ability to maintain and improve knowledge, skills, and competence to ensure high standards of patient care
