About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Specialist to join our Transformation Unit team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out cleaning duties as per schedule, using specialist cleaning machines, and maintaining standards in allocated areas. They will also work in clinical and non-clinical areas, undertaking thorough cleaning and decontamination processes on equipment after use.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering outstanding healthcare services to the population of North Cumbria.

Job Requirements
  • Cleaning and Hygiene: The postholder will carry out cleaning duties as per schedule, using specialist cleaning machines, and maintain standards in allocated areas.
  • Teamwork: The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
  • Flexibility: We require someone who is flexible regarding shift patterns and hours worked, able to adapt to changing demands.
Salary and Benefits
