About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team at the Transformation Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in the Coronary Care Unit. Your primary responsibility will be to assist registered nurses and other healthcare practitioners in delivering exceptional patient care.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and sensitive care to patients
- Continuously develop and maintain competencies in nursing tasks to ensure safe and high-quality care
- Work effectively under direct supervision as part of the multi-disciplinary team

Requirements:
- National Care Certificate or willingness to complete as part of the induction process
- NVQ 2 in care or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate with members of the public and healthcare providers
- Ability to work in a customer-focused/caring environment
