Salary Details

The estimated hourly rate for this role is £15.60, inclusive of holiday pay. This rate may vary based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care and Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients with varying needs;
  • Assisting clients with mobility and physical activities;
  • Encouraging independence and promoting client well-being;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills Required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of UK care giving experience from within the past 3 years;
  • The right to work in the UK;
  • Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and professionalism;
  • A caring and compassionate nature to support clients effectively.
