Spiritual Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Spiritual Support Worker. As a Chaplaincy Assistant, you will provide spiritual care and support to patients, relatives, and staff within our hospitals in North Cumbria.
The successful candidate will be an active member of faith or pastoral group with experience of pastoral visiting. You will have excellent listening skills, good communication skills, and basic IT skills.
As part of our team, you will work collaboratively with chaplaincy colleagues to deliver high-quality spiritual care. You will also participate in team discussions, training, and events as required.
