Wellbeing Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Wellbeing Support Worker, providing support to residents in our care home.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents, promoting their wellbeing and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting assessments of resident needs through meetings with residents, team members, and family members.
- Support the delivery of activities tailored to individual needs, promoting social engagement and participation.
- Foster relationships with residents and families to gather life story information and develop personalized care plans.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A genuine interest in promoting independence and lifestyle opportunities for seniors.
- Energetic and hard-working attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability in response to change.
Salary: £19,500 - £21,000 per annum, depending on experience.
