Whitehaven Crisis Support Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Whitehaven Crisis Support Team at Everyturn Mental Health.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the team, providing day-to-day support and leadership, and ensuring good support and nonclinical supervision systems are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of up to 9 staff (Case Workers/Senior Case Workers) to deliver a service in line with commissioned contracts and quality standards.
- Ensure good support and nonclinical supervision systems are in place and adhered to.
- Provide quarterly reports for commissioners.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager to ensure robust risk and information sharing processes.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with people with severe mental illness or complex health conditions.
Estimated salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
