We are looking for a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Whitehaven, Cumbria.

">About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the Whitehaven Safe Haven/Crisis Support Team and provide day-to-day support and leadership to the team. You will be responsible for managing resources, support networks, and public relations within and relating to the service.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of managing a team, working in a health or social care setting, and experience of working with people who have severe mental illness or complex health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day support and leadership to the team, managing resources and developing public relations within and relating to the service.
  • Service Development: Ensure good support and non-clinical supervision systems are in place and adhered to, to meet the needs of the service.
  • Data Analysis: Provide quarterly reports for commissioners to collate and analyze data to support performance monitoring and KPIs, enhancing services and meeting contractual requirements.
  • Risk Management: Coordinate with the Service Manager to ensure robust risk, personal safety, and information sharing processes are in place and adhered to by the staff team, providing safe and high-quality care.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. The post also offers a range of benefits, including 30 days annual leave, enhanced pension, and access to a wellbeing programme.
