Senior Community Support Worker

- This is an exciting opportunity to join our NHS team as a Senior Community Support Worker, supporting individuals across Whitehaven and Copeland to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence to withstand future life challenges.
- You will work closely with local delivery partners to provide a comprehensive mental health support service, transforming the way care is delivered locally.
- We require someone with significant experience of providing a regular and effective service, working 1:1 with service users with complex needs and being familiar with health, social care or VCSE systems.
- A strong understanding of challenges and barriers in accessing services is also essential, as well as experience of receiving supervision in a similar role.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, with opportunities for career progression. Our benefits package includes 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, enhanced pension scheme, Vitality Wellbeing Programme and more.
