As a Site Coordination Specialist at Westlakes Recruit, you will play a critical role in the coordination of all aspects of mechanical plant and equipment installation. This will involve liaison with logistics teams and supply chains to ensure safe and efficient delivery of equipment and materials to site.
Responsibilities- Coordinate all aspects of mechanical plant and equipment installation
- Liaise with logistics teams and supply chains to ensure safe and efficient delivery of equipment and materials to site
- Process isometrics and drawings in accordance with project requirements
- Issue construction packages to installation supervisors
- Ensure availability of approved RAMS, permits, and lifting plans
- Support the development of look-ahead's based on the programme and milestones
- Coordinate plant and equipment installation, including sub-contract activities
- Ensure all scaffolding and tools are readily available
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing small teams of supervisors and blue collar ops and sub-contractors. A strong understanding of mech engineering practices and ability to follow drawings and specifications is essential.
Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
