Membership Events Coordinator

The National Gallery Global Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Membership Events Coordinator to support the Membership Events Manager in delivering an annual events programme that engages Members and wider supporters of the National Gallery.

This role involves working closely with the Events Manager to deliver a range of office-based responsibilities, including event planning, coordination, and execution. The successful candidate will be a key face of the programme within the brand-new members space, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.

The National Gallery is undergoing a significant transformation, celebrating its 200th anniversary and completing a £85 million capital build project. This presents a unique opportunity for the Membership Events Coordinator to contribute to the development of a world-class members space and deliver inspiring event experiences that showcase the Gallery's collections and exhibitions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Events Manager in planning and coordinating events, including venue selection, catering, and logistics
  • Coordinating event promotions, including marketing materials and social media campaigns
  • Providing exceptional customer service to Members and attendees
  • Ensuring a seamless event experience, including setup, registration, and evaluation
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver events that meet the Gallery's objectives
