We're partnering with a thriving manufacturing business in the Chorley area to fill a hands-on HR Manager role.

This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive and experienced HR professional who enjoys being fully involved in day-to-day HR operations while driving key initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, from recruitment to employee relations, and will have a pragmatic approach to tackling operational tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
  • Supporting managers and employees with practical HR guidance
  • Leading on policies, procedures, and acquisitions
  • Handling hands-on tasks such as contracts and onboarding

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a generalist HR role and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
