HR Administrator Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our HR operations across our Yorkshire sites. Based at our Chorley office, you will gain valuable experience in HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination, all while working in a fast-paced central services environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining HR records, databases, and systems to ensure compliance with policies and CQC standards. They will also be responsible for issuing offer letters, contracts, and other HR documentation, supporting recruitment campaigns, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

You will work closely with the HR team to manage new starter documentation, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. You will also organize training sessions and maintain training records to ensure compliance with CQC requirements.
