Job Summary
">A Regional HR Advisor will be reporting into the HR Business Partner responsible for Talent/Resourcing/HR across 9 sites, approximately 2000 employees.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Partner with Managers across 9 sites for all white-collar recruitment.
- Talent attraction, advertising vacancies, working with hiring managers on the recruitment campaign.
- Track and support all recruitments.
- HRIS, Excel spreadsheets, filters, Vlookups.
- Employee engagement projects.
- Supporting with HR policies and procedures.
- HRMI/Data - absence management, attrition.
Requirements
">- CIPD qualification, working towards or desire to learn.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and company policies.
