A successful Regional HR Advisor will join Michael Page to support the North Region of approximately 2000 employees, working closely with the HR Business Partner and Managers across 9 sites.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Human Resources professional to utilize their expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and be able to leverage data-driven insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with site managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Talent attraction and advertising vacancies to attract top talent.
  • Track and manage all recruitment processes, ensuring seamless integration with HRIS systems.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a CIPD qualification or equivalent, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and company policies.
